Two Christmas's ago, David and I went to the United States to celebrate with his family. We had a wonderful time. That same year, earlier in 2009, we were able to set up three more underground Bible training centers, but we suffered a lot of difficulty in China—from persecution to sickness, and near death experiences.

Another month has passed, and again, we are not pregnant. Another day of failed hopes, but we always remind ourselves of God’s promises. And when we do, our hopes are lifted. Our faith is renewed. It has been a redundant cycle, and to be honest, it's getting old. Everywhere I go I see pregnant women.

A few months ago, a group of Baptist missionaries who are connected with some of our Filipino co-workers heard that we were helping orphaned children and migrant workers' kids at Love For The Poor center. They wanted to help out in some way as well.
